泓基集团(02535)发布公告，基于对本集团截至 2025年12月31日止年度(报告期间)的未经审核综合管理账目的初步评估及董事会目前可得资料，本集团预期将取得纯利不超过约1800万港元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度则为纯利约3150万港元。纯利减少主要归因于毛利率收窄，乃主要由于总承造商的预算紧绌，促使本集团于报告期间降低投标价格以获得建造项目。
