许利民：今年首钢投入这么大，遇到伤病遇到失败了，也不是说今年这个赛季遇到失败了，上个赛季也遇到了，我们这个队组建以来，不管我是当教练还是当运动员，压力是从事这个职业必须要经历的，这种历练对这支队伍的每个人都是一种成长。
