2月3日，ST信通（600289）发布公告，公司拟与专业投资机构共同投资设立北京嘉智芯晟股权投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙），合伙企业的认缴出资总额为5.01亿元。公司作为有限合伙人以自有资金认缴出资5000万元，认缴出资比例为9.9843%。
2025年前三季度，ST信通实现收入1.93亿元，归母净利润-1.37亿元。
