观点网讯：2月2日，据上海房产交易中心官网数据，当月二手房（含商业）网签成交22834套，已是连续第三个月成交量突破2.2万套，且创下近5年同期新高。
单日成交数据也体现市场热度，1月10日上海二手房单日网签成交达1261套，创下近三个月新高，此后1月17日、24日和31日的单日成交均突破1200套。
