上海市第十六届人大四次会议2月3日上午在世博中心开幕。上海市市长龚正作《政府工作报告》。
报告显示，一年来，全市经济社会发展稳中有进、进中提质。经济持续回升向好。全市生产总值达到5.67万亿元、增长5.4%，好于预期。地方一般公共预算收入达到8500亿元、增长1.5%。
