《科创板日报》3日讯，苹果M6芯片预计将沿用台积电2nm N2工艺，而非N2P工艺，这是因为苹果更希望专注于架构升级与控制成本，计划通过自身在芯片架构设计上的深厚积累来弥补工艺差距。预计高通和联发科更倾向于率先采用N2P。 (台湾工商时报)
