歌礼制药-B（01672）发布公告，公司与配售代理于2026年2月3日签署了配售协议。根据协议，公司同意以每股12.18港元的价格配售合共6926万股股份，预计配售所得款项总额约为8.44亿港元，净额约为8.35亿港元。
配售所得款项的约90%将用于治疗肥胖症的小分子口服GLP-1受体激动剂ASC30的全球III期临床试验的准备和启动，其余约10%用于运营资金及其他一般公司用途。
