在四川尝过一道让人至今惦记的吃食。外层是酱色酥皮，该是鸭皮，里面实实在在地裹着糯米和精瘦肉。一口下去，皮脆、米糯、肉香交织，咸鲜得当，吃完不腻喉。回来后，偶尔还会想起那扎实的香气。做法瞧着像些传统手艺，但具体叫什么名堂，实在说不上来。不知有谁尝过的？若知晓，不妨聊聊。
