2.到铁路12306主页面后，点击【我的】。
3.进入到我的页面后，点击【重点旅客】。
4.到重点旅客预约页面后，点击【立即预约】按钮。
5.进入该页面后，输入(乘车信息)(旅客信息)(服务需求)，然后点击【提交】按钮即可预约了。
