吴说获悉，Circle 发布 2026 年产品规划，提出构建互联网金融系统的整体愿景。Circle 表示，将以 Arc 公链为核心推进企业级区块链基础设施建设，进一步扩大 USDC、USYC 等数字资产的全球应用，并重点发展 Circle Payments Network 与 StableFX，降低机构使用稳定币进行支付、结算与外汇交易的门槛，加速稳定币融入主流金融体系。
