Michael Saylor 发文宣布，Strategy 永续优先股 STRC 的 2 月股息率已上调 25 个基点至 11.25%。STRC 被定位为短期高收益信贷产品，按月以现金形式派发。股息率每月调整一次，Strategy 可以通过与该产品挂钩的市价发行 (ATM) 方式发行股票，或将能够募集更多资金增持比特币。
