格隆汇1月30日丨岭南控股(000524.SZ)发布2025年度业绩预告，报告期内，归属于上市公司股东的净利润7,000万元–7,500万元，同比下降50.05%-53.38%；扣除非经常性损益后的净利润6,050万元–6,650万元，同比增长0.05%-9.97%；基本每股收益0.10元/股–0.11元/股。
2025年度，公司整体经营发展呈现“稳中有进、进中提质”的良好态势，但受到非经常性损益变动影响，预计实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润比上年同期下降50.05%-53.38%。上述非经常性损益变动为公司于上年获得参股企业（持股3.92%）广州世界大观股份有限公司现金分红款等款项共计7,606.68万元并计入非经常性损益，而2025年度无此项非经常性收益。
