1月30日，闻泰科技（600745）发布公告，公司预计2025年度实现归母净利润约-135亿元至-90亿元，预计扣除非经常性损益后的净利润约-3亿元至-2亿元。
公告指出，公司对安世的控制权仍处于受限状态，该事项将对公司报告期业绩造成较大影响。
2025年前三季度，闻泰科技实现收入297.69亿元，归母净利润15.13亿元。
