公司业绩亏损的主要原因包括并购子公司深圳新辉开的商誉减值影响，以及触控显示板块受到国际环境和行业竞争加剧的影响，经营成果同比有所下降。此外，预计非经常性损益对公司净利润的影响约为1100万元。
