1月30日，国际实业（000159）发布公告，预计2025年度业绩将扭亏为盈，归母净利润约为3600万元，而上年同期亏损4.39亿元，同比增加约108.20%。
业绩变动的主要原因是上年同期因出售房地产子公司股权导致上年同期净利润出现较大亏损。
2025年前三季度，国际实业实现收入13.02亿元，归母净利润2011万元。
