人民财讯1月30日电，据中国贸易救济信息网，1月29日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定充电电池及其组件（Certain Rechargeable Batteries and Components Thereof,调查编码：337-TA-1421）作出337部分终裁：决定对经由缺席被告中国广东Shenzhen Yichen S-Power Tech Co. LTD of China深圳市逸尘运动科技有限公司对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的侵权产品发布有限排除令，对该缺席被告不发布禁止令，本案调查终止。
