现代快报讯（记者 谢茜茜）1月29日，现代快报财经猎豹记者从国家金融监管总局江苏监管局最新发布的行政处罚信息公开表中获悉，中国民生银行股份有限公司南京分行，因国内信用证业务贸易背景审核不到位、超标准收费，被罚款70万元。同时，该行交易银行部副总经理李某某，因对相关违法违规行为负有责任，被给予警告并罚款6万元的行政处罚。
