北京商报讯（记者李海媛）1月29日，中金公司公告称，1月28日，梁东擎已取得上海证券交易所颁发的董事会秘书任职培训证明。根据1月22日董事会决议，梁东擎自取得该证明之日起正式就任公司董事会秘书。
