1月29日，南天信息（000948）发布公告，预计2025年度归母净利润在3500万元至5200万元之间，同比下降55.03%至69.73%。
业绩变动的主要原因包括公司及子公司在报告期内补缴税款及相应滞纳金合计5031万元，信用减值损失较上年同期增加，以及市场竞争加剧导致公司在AI大模型、分布式架构、数据中心建设和智能风控等领域加大投入。
2025年前三季度，南天信息实现收入70.91亿元，归母净利润-1090万元。
