1月29日，海联讯（300277）发布公告，预计2025年度归母净利润为200万元至300万元，同比下降68.28%至78.85%。归母净利润扣除非经常性损益后预计为30万元至45万元，同比下降48.58%至65.72%。
公告指出，业绩下降主要受到市场竞争激烈的影响，营业收入有所下降，同时因实施换股吸收合并项目导致期间费用增加，以及金融资产公允价值变动损失增加。
2025年前三季度，海联讯实现收入1.25亿元，归母净利润393万元。
