第十届中国北京国际美术双年展自2025年12月29日在北京展览馆开展以来，深受广大观众热烈欢迎，赢得社会各界广泛好评。为更好满足市民新春文化生活需求，丰富北京新春系列文化活动，经文旅部等有关方面批准，本届双年展将延期至2026年2月28日，后续开放时段为2026年1月29日至2月28日（2月16日除夕、2月17日正月初一暂停开放）。感谢中外参展艺术家和广大观众对本届双年展举办的大力支持与关注。
