智通财经APP讯，佐力小贷(06866)发布公告，经考虑公司业务发展以及建议退回牌照后，公司拟将中文名称由“佐力科创小额贷款股份有限公司”变更为“佐力科创股份有限公司”，并将公司英文名称由“Zuoli Kechuang Micro-finance Company Limited”变更为“Zuoli Kechuang Company Limited”。
于2026年1月26日，浙江省市场监督管理局已就公司拟将公司中文名称变更为“佐力科创股份有限公司”出具变更企业名称保留告知书。建议变更仍须待该公告所载条件达成后方可作实，而截至本公告日期，该等条件尚未获达成。
