1月28日，山东钢铁（600022）发布公告，公司预计2025年归母净利润约1亿元，较上年同期亏损28.91亿元（追溯调整后）相比，扭亏为盈；预计扣非归母净利润约0.16亿元。
公告指出，公司2025年生产运行总体平稳，全年吨钢降本超70元。同时，公司积极推进智慧制造转型，助力提高生产效率、降低运行成本。
2025年前三季度，山东钢铁实现收入548.28亿元，归母净利润1.40亿元。
