1月28日，鼎胜新材发布公告称，公司预计2025年年度实现归属于母公司所有者的净利润4.7亿元到5.5亿元，与上年同期相比增加1.69亿元到2.49亿元，增幅56.15%至82.72%。
关于业绩变动原因，公告说明，报告期内公司产品产销量及其他收益增加所致。报告期内，附加值较高的动力电池铝箔下游需求持续旺盛，产销量较去年同期有大幅提升，一定程度上促进了公司整体利润的增长。
