2026年1月26日，驻葡萄牙大使杨义瑞到任拜会葡国务部长兼外长兰热尔。双方就中葡关系、国际形势等交换意见。
杨大使表示，中方愿同葡方落实好两国领导人达成的重要共识，加强战略对接，深化务实合作，推动中葡关系好上加好。
