据日媒报道，日本银行于1月27日宣布，2025年度日本银行（日本央行）行长植田和男的年薪将比上一年度提高4.8%，达到3781万日元（约172万元）。这是自1998年度现行制度实施以来的最大增幅。该调整是考虑到日本国家公务员特别职位薪酬提高等因素而进行的。
日本银行其他高级管理人员的年薪为：副行长3001万日元（约136.6万元），审议委员2880万日元（约131.1万元），理事2333万日元（约106.2万元）。
