市气象台28日9时发布：今天白天多云，南部有零星小雪，北转东风二三级，最高气温2℃；夜间多云转阴，西部山区有零星小雪，偏东风一二级，最低气温-5℃。今天云量逐渐增多，部分地区有弱降雪，早晚气温低，注意防寒保暖。
28日08时，南郊观象台气温-4.6℃，目前本市城区气温在-5.8~-3.1℃之间，体感寒冷，外出注意防寒保暖，谨防感冒。
