财联社1月28日电，AI算力爆发与国产替代加速，境内首只500亿芯片ETF诞生。Wind显示，嘉实基金旗下的科创芯片ETF最新规模达503.43亿元，年内规模增长超百亿。自去年年底，该ETF规模接连跨越300亿、400亿。进入2026年，增长势头未减，站上500亿大关，成为全市场规模最大的科创芯片类行业主题ETF。今年以来资金持续流入黄金、芯片等领域，超500亿元ETF已达18只。（财联社记者 闫军）
