据香港证监会消息，1月27日，香港证监会与阿联酋资本市场管理局（前称阿联酋证券商品委员会）签署标志性的谅解备忘录，加强双方在数字资产相关事宜的跨境监管合作。这是香港证监会与海外监管机构签订有关受规管数字资产实体的首份双边监管合作协议。
