人民财讯1月27日电，1月27日，昆明市人民政府、云南滇中新区管委会与宁德时代新能源科技股份有限公司签署了三方战略合作协议，将主要围绕新能源电池、绿色能源、绿色交通、低空经济4个方面开展深入合作，在云南滇中新区规划建设锂电池绿色智造基地，计划2026年一季度开工。
