1月27日，润邦股份（002483）发布公告，公司董事会同意选举吕爱武担任董事长，任期至第六届董事会任期届满之日止。
同时公司调整董事会各专门委员会成员组成，吕爱武任董事会战略委员会主任委员，并担任董事会提名委员会和董事会薪酬与考核委员会委员。
2025年前三季度，润邦股份实现收入46.96亿元，归母净利润2.24亿元。
