1月27日，索菱股份（002766）发布公告，深圳市高新投集团有限公司计划自2026年2月26日至2026年5月25日期间，通过大宗交易和集中竞价相结合的交易方式减持公司股份不超过2592万股，即不超过公司总股本的3%。
截至本公告日，高新投集团持有公司股份7657万股，占公司总股本的比例为8.86%。
2025年前三季度，索菱股份实现收入6.25亿元，归母净利润16万元。
