智通财经APP讯，丰盛控股(00607)公布，于2026年1月26日，该公司拟向张涛先生、张忠民先生分别发行7200万股、5500万股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份1.04港元，较认购协议日期于联交所所报的每股股份收市价1.30港元折让约20%。认购所得净额约1.32亿港元，拟悉数用于偿还集团贷款及应付款项、业务发展以及补充集团一般营运资金。
