新华社布鲁塞尔1月26日电（记者康逸 丁英华）欧盟27个成员国26日正式通过关于逐步禁止从俄罗斯进口管道天然气和液化天然气的法规。根据法规，对从俄罗斯进口液化天然气的全面禁令将于2027年年初生效，对进口管道天然气的全面禁令将于2027年秋季生效。新规还包括加强有效监管以及推进能源供应多元化的措施。
