其中集成电路方向，中选机构为木澜投资、芯联资本、上海自贸区基金、石溪资本。
生物医药方向，中选机构为上实资本、德福资本、三生制药、楹联健康、弘盛资本、荷塘创投、本草资本。
人工智能方向，中选机构为凯辉基金、国泰海通、考拉基金、国投孚腾、同歌创投、临港科创投。
