1月26日，捷邦科技（301326）发布公告，因人事调整，经与原监事会主席蒋成建协商一致，公司与蒋成建解除劳动合同并依法向其支付经济补偿金及其他费用合计不超过90万元。
因蒋成建于2025年9月15日离任公司监事会主席，其离任后十二个月内仍为公司关联方，故本次事项构成关联交易。
2025年前三季度，捷邦科技实现收入9.62亿元，归母净利润-1258万元。
