近日，河南一女子在胖东来花649元买了一件羽绒服，后来她刷短视频时发现，同款羽绒服降到了599元；女子尝试联系胖东来客服咨询，没想到，很快就收到了50元差价退款。
她说，感觉像赚了50元；胖东来客服表示，顾客如果发现商品降价，可凭购物小票办理差价退还。（河南都市频道）
