1月23日，国家金融监督管理总局遵义监管分局行政处罚信息公开表（遵金罚决字〔2026〕7-10号）显示，绥阳黔北村镇银行有限责任公司，贷前调查不尽职，严重违反审慎经营规则，被罚款30万元。
苟杨波（时任绥阳黔北村镇银行有限责任公司营销团队经理）、李瑶（时任绥阳黔北村镇银行有限责任公司营销团队经理）、梁衡（时任绥阳黔北村镇银行有限责任公司营销团队经理），均被警告。
