一批牌证作废
根据中华人民共和国公安部令第164号《机动车登记规定》第四十一条第四款之规定：机动车所有人办理注销登记时未交回机动车登记证书、号牌、行驶证的应当公告予以作废。
以下机动车在2025年11-12月期间办理报废注销业务时，原牌证未交回，现公告原牌证作废：
