财联社1月25日电，据利比亚通信与政治事务国务部长瓦利德·埃拉菲（Walid Ellafi），利比亚与道达尔能源（TotalEnergies SE）及康菲石油签署协议，旨在将其合资公司Waha Oil的产能提升一倍以上，未来25年的投资额可能达到200亿美元。该协议预计将使日产量从约35万桶增至85万桶；在协议有效期内，利比亚的预计项目收入将超过3760亿美元。
