However, her backcourt serves caused problems in Jiangsu's first pass, quickly tying the score at 6-6. Zhu Hangting was still a bit inexperienced; her first attack was decent, but her backcourt attacks and counter-attacks from position two resulted in 9 points, with 3 of those being mis-hit – all of them aimed at the top of the table.
