甘肃省陇南市两当县地处秦岭山区，常住人口仅3万余人。为了让群众出行更便捷，2025年12月1日起，当地推出城区公交车免费乘坐政策。共开通3条常规线加1条旅游专线，串起了学校、医院还有红色旅游景点，为这座小城居民的幸福“提速”。
