2016年1月23日凌晨，西安市公安局临潼分局华清派出所，夜查过程中查获正在吸食空调除尘剂气体两人（许某某15岁、余某某16岁），现场扣押四罐除尘罐，并将两名嫌疑人以使用危险物质口头传唤至办案场所进行调查。依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第三十六条，第十二条，第二十条第一款之规定，作出警告处罚，当场训诫的违法嫌疑人。
