近日岛城市区持续低温、降雪天气，让人们感觉到了严寒的威力。1月23日，位于浮山北侧的背阳处，还有不少积雪没来得及融化，在一处桥体的泄洪口，滴水在连续多日的降温中被冻成了一串串的冰挂，场面十分壮观，成为冬日中的一景。
