1月23日晚间，华泰证券全资子公司——华泰证券（上海）资产管理有限公司（简称“华泰证券资管”）发布公告称，其代董事长、总经理江晓阳任董事长；总经理一职由原副总经理朱前接任。同时，该公司合规总监、督察长、董事会秘书刘博文兼任首席风险官，原首席风险官覃洁因工作变动不再担任上述职务。
