1月23日，卓郎智能（600545）发布公告，预计2025年年度实现归母净利润约亏损1.9亿元至3.8亿元，扣除非经常性损益后的净利润同样预计为亏损1.9亿元至3.8亿元。
本期业绩预亏的主要原因包括地缘政治局势的不确定性影响，导致国外客户新增产能及设备更新投资意愿趋于谨慎，同时国内纺纱机械市场竞争加剧，综合因素使得公司收入未达预期。此外，受外汇波动影响，报告期内汇兑损失约为1.1亿元，对业绩产生负面影响。
2025年前三季度，卓郎智能实现收入26.97亿元，归母净利润-2.39亿元。
