瑞财经 王敏 1月23日，江苏鲁汶仪器股份有限公司（以下简称“鲁汶仪器”）在江苏证监局启动IPO辅导，辅导机构为中信证券。
鲁汶仪器成立于2015年9月，法定代表人为许开东，注册资本1.96亿元。公司控股股东为Leuven Instruments，持有鲁汶仪器19.82%股权。
鲁汶仪器专注于为集成电路制造产业提供先进装备和工艺解决方案，其自主研发的磁存储器刻蚀机等产品，填补了国内相关技术的空白。此前，该企业成功入选2024年新晋潜在独角兽企业、2025年江苏独角兽企业。
