【财华社讯】民银资本(01141.HK)公布，预期截至2025年12月31日止年度录得合并净利润约1.3亿至1.7亿港元，较去年上升155.9%至234.6%，去年合并净利润5080万港元。董事会认为集团净利润增加，主要归因于集团转型发展显见成效，相关年度内证券承销、资产管理、保荐服务和与财富管理相关的费类业务收入同比大幅增加所致。
