1月21日，新华人寿保险股份有限公司（以下简称“新华保险”）公告，国家金融监督管理总局已核准公司2025年第三次临时股东大会对《新华人寿保险股份有限公司章程》（以下简称《公司章程》）的修订。
新华保险表示，自《公司章程》获核准之日起，公司不再设立监事会，《新华人寿保险股份有限公司监事会议事规则》同时废止；刘德斌、余建南、汪中柱和刘崇松不再担任公司监事。
