观点网讯：1月22日 ，总部位于香港的对冲基金Gen2 Partners Ltd.在香港高等法院对三星旗下三家金融公司提起诉讼，寻求逾1.37亿美元赔偿。
此次诉讼源于新冠疫情期间的一起合同纠纷，当时Gen2旗下一支基金为保护投资者及基金自身利益暂停了赎回。此次被诉的三星系公司包括三星证券、Samsung Hedge Asset Management Co.和Samsung Securities。
